Stoke Veterinary Clinic has posted on Facebook that they have had a Male Exotic Persian cat that was found collapsed in Richmond brought into their clinic tonight. This little fella has been micro-chipped but sadly it isn't listed on the National Register so they can't locate his human family. Is he yours?

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
