Club/Society Fund Raising Opportunity
The International Dendrology Society is holding it's AGM in the Richmond/Tasman area on the 2, 3 and 4 May. We are looking for a not -for- profit Club/Society looking to fund raise by offering catering services. There will be approx 60 people attending and the successful proposal will include supplying the food for morning, lunch and afternoon teas ( as per an agreed menu) and help with serving the food and drinks for lunches. The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
