Measurements;
Inside house: height at back 1630mm, height at front 1430mm
Outside house: height from ground 2000mm (highest point), 1750mm at lowest. Length 1250mm, Width 1000mm.
Wooden floor. 2 perches - 1 lifts off for easy cleaning, other unscrews.

Detachable run (attaches with a screw into each side of house).
Iron roof. Chook ramp into house.
Size of run: length 2000mm, height 1520mm, width 1000mm.
Secure child proof door into run.

Comes with bonus omelette fencing.
1 x 11.5m (approx) with 6 poles incl. gate poles.
1 x 4m (approx) with 1 pole.
1 x 4.5m (approx) with 3 poles. Poles can be moved.
