Expert instructor, Elaine Kwok will guide you through the fundamentals of classical Pilates, helping you build strength, flexibility, and balance. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to improve your posture, or simply want to feel more energised and centred, Pilates is the perfect exercise for you. You’ll get the attention working in a small group in our fully-equipped studio in Redwood Valley.
Sessions on Mondays 5:30pm and Wednesdays 10am -10:45am.
Due to popular demand we're offering 2 more times - Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:15pm or Fridays 9am-9:45am.
