Garden of vegetables for people who can't afford much.
Hi all my fellow Neighborly Family 👪
I don't know if there is already something like this ìn nelson or stoke but is there anyone who has a small plot of land they would let us use for a community vegetable garden if we can get enough volunteers we can make it happen. possibly get free seedlings from big stors 🌱 or seeds if we can get enough of us to prove what we are doing is legitimately I've got all the tools to clear the land make plots as thats what I do for people make a water system I'm a real handy man at that sort of thing I've got all the tools to make this happen. grow cheap or free vegetable for people that really need it we could get volunteers and people who want to donate stuff for a garden put a small stall at a school for a start so parents when dropping there kids off can take something for the nights dinner or something just to help what do you think more people putting our heads together is the best way to make this happen.
Richard.
We're talking new year resolutions...
Tidying the house before going to bed each night, meditating upon waking or taking the stairs at work.
What’s something quick, or easy, that you started doing that made a major positive change in your life?
What word sums up 2024, neighbours?
If 2020 was the year of lockdowns, banana bread, and WFH (work from home)....
In one word, how would you define 2024?
We're excited to see what you come up with!
