Councillors raise questions over Maitai housing development
A new housing development in Atawhai and the Maitai Valley has the potential to include up to 700 new houses. While the Nelson City Council is looking to set up infrastructure to accommodate the new development, some councillors are concerned it could have negative effects on the environment in the Maitai.
