Instead of giving individual gifts to residents, the idea was to redirect those funds to support struggling New Zealand families having to cut back on essentials.
Ryman residents were overwhelmingly in support of the idea, with many volunteering to help choose the gifts to fill over 1000 shoeboxes with thoughtful items.

Strictly a private sale by owner at this stage, please no agents contact or buyers referred by agent (no commission). Home was withdrawn from sale for a while and relisted in October. Capital value (CV) of land value - $350K. Improvement value of $80K is too low compared the properties nearby, floor space larger, tidy end tidy, newly landscaped, renovated inside and out which is currently under review by QV to increase improvement value (CV).
Beautiful renovation home in a great location priced to sell, all offers considered especially those with a shorter settlement. Hurry – buyer’s price advantage of direct private sale. Make an offer before home is handed over to real estate agent next year who will promote a professional priced much larger marketing campaign.
