Hospice Shops- Nelson, Saxton & Richmond weekend volunteers needed
We are in need of weekend volunteers at our 3 shops. Both the Nelson Shop and the Richmond Superstore have open shifts on Saturdays and the Saxton Op Shop has open shifts on Sundays. If you or someone you know enjoy retail, would like to help a good cause and meet new people this could be the volunteer role for you. We would love to hear from you! Friday night at the Observatory
Nelson Astronomical Society is about to start it's winter public observing season. Most clear Friday nights until daylight savings we will open the Cawthron Observatory at Cliffton terrace School and for a small donation you can enjoy views through several different telescopes including our wonderful Celestron C-14 scope.
