Thank you from Margie

Margie from The Brook

To those kind & wonderful people who came to my aid after I fell in Montgomery car park last Sunday, a huge warm THANK YOU! ❤ Gratitude to Ian. one of the two ambulance attendants, and Debby & Ludi (the only names I have). You were all amazingly helpful.. the young couple who were first on the scene, the gentleman who rang for St John. the nurse who just happened to work in an orthopaedic ward & her mum who had also been a nurse. Thank you, thank you! If you see me around town with my arm in a cast (I fractured my wrist) & recogize me, I'd love you to come & say hello so I can say thank you in person. Bless you all.. Margie

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
