About 1990's both fully functional, these were the top end ones marketed for using on boats as they are stainless steel and don't rust. 3 speed strumey archer hub gears, rear rack, fenders & stands. $250 for both ot $150 each, they both come in a bag and are identical.Photo is off the net of this model.
