Either just a place for me and dog - up to $400 per week
OR
3+bedroom or 2+ sleepout/room for caravan etc - around $650 per week - for us and one other tenant who travels round south island for work and only here half the time. He is wanting somewhere to have his kids (teens) come and stay on his days off.
Will consider anything though, even if it isn't quite up to standard/needs work etc. Happy to sign something to say I know & agree.

Hi there, does anyone have one of these I can beg, borrow or buy ?
They are used to expand shoes in strategic places for people with feet like mine.
Like a pair of pliers but push outward into necessary spot(s) required.
