Comes with the mattress protector, freshly laundered, and an electric blanket which was laundered end of last winter, and is still in drycleaners bag. The mattress sits across twin bases, which makes access thru doorways easy. The only damage is where the cat scratched a corner of a base on the second day home! (see photo). $900.00.
