From special body conditions, needs, requirements, and goals to any age, post-natal, pre-natal, post, and pre-surgery preparation/recovery.. we'll find a way to heal, ease the pain and strengthen the body and mind with breath expansion. The session is led professionally with care and compassion in a cozy home studio environment.
