Wanted: Certified builder to build a 3 bedroom home.
I don’t know much about building other than you will need to be certified in order to build a house and I don’t seem to be able to find one willing to build a tiny house.
Most likely $3000 a meter so about 80sqm leaving some for levelling and a retaining wall if needed. The section I am looking at is 82b Coster street at $279000 because it is steep so building is more expensive. If I can build a 3 bedroom tiny house then I will have about $300 000 left for the entire build all inclusive. Can it be done?

Nelson City Council is working to restore the glasshouse at Broadgreen House, which has begun to crack and buckle.
We want to hear your thoughts: should heritage restoration aim to keep buildings looking as they originally did, or should it reflect the different eras and updates they’ve gone through over time?
