Modest growth for Nelson house values as QV figures released
Nelson’s house values have experienced a “modest” growth as the local market looks to recover post-lockdown.
According to the June 2020 QV House Price Index (HPI) results released on Wednesday, Nelson’s values increased by 5.9 per cent over the last 12 months and 0.6 per cent over the last quarter.
The average house value is now $661,345.
