Trial to slow down traffic around Nelson Hospital

Katie Townshend Reporter from The Nelson Mail

New raised crossings will be installed on streets around Nelson Hospital in early 2024 as part of a trial to improve safety in the area.
The Nelson City Council announced plans for the second phase of the Streets for People project on Wednesday.
The phase will see trial upgrades, including raised crossings, on Motueka and Franklyn Streets.
What do you make of the plan?
