Dust off the masks for the annual parade - Carnivale back on for October

Nelson council's community services committee has approved $100,000 to fund this year's Mask Parade after Covid disrupted the planning stages. The Nelson Arts Festival Trust is organising an impromptu 'season of the arts' starting in the next few weeks which will end with the parade. Will you be going along? Have you missed the arts events cancelled by Covid?
