You may know Amie-Jo from her time at the Boathouse, but just before Covid really hit NZ, she took on an exciting new venture as owner of Founders Cafe. Things haven't gone exactly to plan, with her first month being stuck in lockdown limbo, but she's ready and waiting to welcome old and new regulars back for a coffee.
