People who live with these troubling breathing issues find it uncomfortable and stressful to try to do exercise - but here at the 'Better Breathers' Classes we know how it feels but we love our exercise classes. There's a class every week that you CAN do, and you will really enjoy it. We all breathe, we cough and splutter, laugh and share stories and a cuppa after our exercise circuit class. Give it a go.
