Bring a blanket and a cushion for Yoga Nidra at the end.
Anyone is welcome, it's a general level with a lower number of participants - more time and attention for each individual for modifications or adjustments. $18 casual or $75 for 5 sessions.
Come and get the feel of mindful movement ~ mind ~ breath connection.
