Run over Cat near Bishopdale Hill
Just passed what looked to be a recent dead cat on the SPCA side of the Bishopdale Hill, just a bit passed the SPCA towards Nelson. It looked like a long haired dark cat. I pulled over to call the SPCA at 4.15 pm but their message said they were closed. Sorry to the owners but I was going the opposite way and could do no more.
