Legs are in low - mid worn condition but are still capable of holding its weight.
There are a few stains though easily washable, no tears and wear throughout.
Caution: do not rock or sway a lot on the chairs since it ruins the legs of the chairs.
Comfortability: extremely soft and comfortable.
