Mark and Miranda will lead the discussion on the preconception that Restorative Justice offers a soft option for offenders; where it fits in the criminal justice system in Aotearoa, and the central role of the victim in the process as well as the impact and outcomes for the offender.
Yaza opens for dining/drinks at 6.00pm. Conversation 7.30-9.30pm.
Wearing your mask while not eating or drinking is encouraged.
