Should first home buyers get more Government help?
As house prices march ever upwards, first home buyers call for property price caps in the First Home Grant to rise as well. Houses under the current $500,000 cap for existing homes in the region are getting harder to come by, with first home buyers (FHB) facing competition from investors for the properties - which often need work. Do you think FHB should to able to use the grant if they buy homes for over $500,000?

Calling all those in Wheelchairs
Hi, I'm Simon .... a 44 yr old wheelchair user who wants to meet others in a similar position as myself (particularly a woman). I've been a sole parent now for almost 18 years and my son has just left the nest, so I thought it was time to start on the next stage of my life. I have cerebral palsy that effects just my legs (kinda the reason I can't walk) sooooooo if any of you are interested in getting to know me, flick me a message. I enjoy spending time with my son when he comes to visit and my pets (1 cat and 2 birds), I also enjoy building computers as well as a bit of gaming/watching TV too.
