The 5th Wheel Mapua is fixed site artisan food truck serving gourmet burgers, salads and snacks. Located next to the bustling Mapua Wharf precinct. We have developed a loyal following and have established an amazing reputation in our first 2 years. We are now recruiting for our up coming 3rd season starting in October 2019. Various roles available from sauce and larder chefs to front of house crew. Fixed contracts both short and long term are available so please state which position you are applying for with your application. We run a professional kitchen and have a lot of fun doing it. Straight shifts only and we pay very well to the right people. Check out our TripAdvisor reviews to get a feel for the operation.
