Vehicles driving illegally on Nelson beaches?

Reporter The Nelson Mail

Two abandoned utes were found half-submerged in the tide at Tahunanui Beach on Saturday morning - in an area where driving is prohibited.

The vehicles had been caught in the surf on Friday night, and had to be pulled out by a digger on Saturday afternoon.

Have you noticed similar incidents at Tahunanui or other beaches around the region? Let us know in the comments section below.
