West Coaster Des Watson is on a one-man mission to clean up New Zealand. Last week, he visited Tasman and Nelson, collecting as much as 80kg of rubbish a day.
Is he alone? Or are there other rubbish renegades out there? Do you ever take a bag with you and pick up discarded bottles, cans and plastic when you're out and about?

I have left out some lettuce and carrots and cucumber in 2 different spots so she doesn’t starve overnight and alerted the SPCA. She or he may need to be trapped. Until we sort this out you can count on me to keep her well fed.
