Relationship Red Flags Workshop
- Are you tired of feeling that your relationship isn't fulfilling your needs in a healthy way?
- Do you question boundaries?
- Their actions don't align with their word
- You don't feel safe to share what you feel
- You feel empty around them
- You don't feel they listen to you
- There is never a 'middle ground'
- You more often than not, feel uncomfortable around them
- Your gut instinct tells you to stay alert when certain subjects are touched on
- You apologise even if you have done nothing wrong
- You feel as though you "walk on eggshells" around them.
Narcissistic relationships can be devastating BUT with the right perspective you can 'change' your story and rebuild self-esteem, confidence, and new boundaries.
Sign-up to this popular workshop today.
Hosted by Lizzie Nicholson & Corrie Chambers
Tuesday July 29th: 11-1pm
