Asthma, COPD, emphysema, bronchitis - and exercise - are you kidding?!
People who live with these troubling breathing issues find it uncomfortable and stressful to try to do exercise - but here at the 'Better Breathers' Classes we know how it feels but we love our exercise classes. There's a class every week that you CAN do, and you will really enjoy it. We all breathe, we cough and splutter, laugh and share stories and a cuppa after our exercise circuit class. Give it a go. Check out the timetable here - its cheap, and awesome to know you can exercise with lungs that don't always feel the way you'd like!

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
