Because the location is in a remote part of the country, cell phone coverage is not great, so communication is limited. However, I have had the word, that the part is due in this week, and x all fingers, we should have the whitebait up at the end of next week, if not beforehand. Thanks to everyone for your solid patience. Will endeavour to call the pre=orders sometime next week. Sorry to Judy that was hoping it would be here before the family arrived. Back by popular demand, our West Coast Whitebait is coming to town this season by the kilo. Fresh, You may be aware possibly know by now, this could be the last season if the new regulations come in for permit/quota. This year our punnets will be at a cost of $30 each for a 265g punnet full to the brim. Taking pre-orders now, but payable on the day. Lock yourself in for the freshest top-quality whitebait. It was a super hit last year and we couldn't keep up with the demand. So if you want your delicacy, get in early and pre-order.
