This is a boarding situation as there is a tenancy in place for the whole property with a small working family. Please note they have one cat and one golden retriever. Board cost is $380 per week inclusive of electricity and broadband Internet. $300 bond. This flat is suitable for a single working person although we will consider a working couple.
