To be fair 2degrees sent me a new basic Alcatel phone loaded with features that  I will never use for free. I took the  new device along with the near obsolete Nokia to the 2degrees shop in Emerson street and the nice people there set it up with the same number. A surprisingly pleasant and amicable solution for a customer for who a $20 pre-paid credit lasts about three months.
