• Pan Fried Market Fish, Mussels, Clams, Prawn, Burnt Cauliflower, Kiwi fruit Trapanese pesto and Bisque Sauce -
• Beef available on the day Eye Fillet or T bone, Parmesan Potato puree, Caramelised onions, Grilled Broccolini and Marsala Jus -
