lovely to see a few new participants in our Tai Chi programme this morning. - Our Tai Chi is held weekly on Mondays at 10.30am at our activity room 98 Taradale Road. You are welcome to come and try or observe a class. Also Sit and Be Fit on a Wednesday morning or Steady as You Go, held Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
