All are timid, all house trained and will sleep on my bed if I let them. You can stroke, cuddle them all, but still timid as I have not had the time to spend with them, plus previous flatmate used to chase them (he has gone too!) Can anyone help out here please. I would hate to have to have them all put down. SPCA will not help and if they are not gone in the next week, I will have to dispose of them another way. Phone or txt 021-159-8836

Anyone want a little fill - diggings from building work - about 3 barrow loads at moment, but probably another trailer load later. Some stones among it. Any suggestions where I can take it to rather then paying to dump?

One of the world’s best-loved musicals, CATS, will embark on its most extensive tour of New Zealand ever in 2019. Bagging multiple awards, including Best Musical at both the Laurence Olivier Awards and the Tony Awards, CATS is considered among the all-time favourites of musical theatre fans.

This new production of the Andrew Lloyd Webber masterpiece will visit 16 cities nationwide in April and May. As well as, being the first major theatrical performance at the $127.5 million refurbished Christchurch Town Hall it will also visit Auckland and Wellington and many of the larger regional theatres throughout New Zealand - details below.

Since its world premiere, CATS has been presented in over 30 countries and has been seen by over 73 million people worldwide. CATS is based on Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats by T. S. Eliot. The musical tells the story of a tribe of cats called the Jellicles and the night they make what is known as "the Jellicle choice" and decide which cat will ascend to the Heaviside Layer and come back to a new life.

CHUCK LORRE PRODUCTIONS, #275

ASK CHUCK!

Dear Chuck,
At a recent dinner party, I found myself in an awkward situation when the host, a devout atheist, sneezed between spoonfuls of his gazpacho. Without thinking, I said, "God bless you." He gave me a withering look and said, as if to a child, "Golly gee, I sure hope he does." The other guests exploded with laughter, while I imploded with humiliation. To avoid future embarrassment, what is the correct response when an atheist sneezes?
Troubled with ahchoo

Dear Troubled,
First, a little background information. Saying "God bless you" following a sneeze is thought by some to have originated in the sixth century in order to protect the sneezer from falling ill to the bubonic plague. Another possible origin is that people once believed that the devil entered the body during a sneeze and saying "God bless you" could help ward him off. Since the plague has killed something like two hundred million people and the words "God bless you" have, in all likelihood, been said countless times to Glenn Beck, we can safely assume the phrase has no real power against germs or demonic possession. What it does contain is simple human courtesy -- a means by which we express concern for one another. As to how to respond to a sneezing atheist, well, that's easy. Simply say, "Sounds like you're coming down with something, I hope you don't die and rot in a box."

Knowing your neighbours is one thing, but actually spending time together is to write a much richer story together... an opportunity to have fun, learn more about each other, and recognise that the strings that connect us often run much longer than just the length of our streets.

This month is all about bringing your community together and having a great time! We want March to be all about celebrating the connections we have while making new ones along the way. As we all know, what makes a neighbourhood great isn't the houses and cars, gardens and streets - it's the people who share their presence and aroha with each other.

A wonderful way to take part is to participate in Neighbours Day Aotearoa which is celebrating it's 10th anniversary from March 22nd to 31st. To help you get started, we love their suggestions for 10 little and 10 big ways to get involved. (link below)

Let us know how you're celebrating this month by tagging us in your posts + using the following hashtag so we can see what you get up to:
