Do you work in the Napier CBD and would like to de-stress after a busy day, or you just want to start a simple and effective exercise habit? Why not join our Tai Chi Practice, which happens every Thursday from 6pm - 6:45pm at Clive Square (at the Memorial Square end). No experience needed, no cost either, just come along with flat-soled shoes and comfy clothing and an extra jersey for warmth if needed.
