Hi there,
Ladies are Welcome this term to come along to Wellness Wednesdays at the Heretaunga Women's Centre. Talks start at 12:15pm and finish at 1pm.
The Women's Centre is close to the Hastings Library and the Art Gallery and across the road from Baldwins Jewellers by the lights.
This post is to highlight the talk on Wednesday 1 August @12:15pm about how to stay well during periods of grief and bereavement. It will also talk about tasks of grieving and the differences between a funeral director and a funeral celebrant. You are never too young or too old to join with others to discuss how to stay well in difficult times.
For more information please open the enclosed Poster.
You are welcome to bring your lunch. Bring a friend. It will be low key, informative and time for discussion. Koha for the Women's Centre - the Talk is free.

Poll: If we want to reduce speeding, what do you think actually changes driver behaviour? π»π¨π
In the Post's article on speeding penalties, the question is asked whether speeding fines are truly about road safety, or are they just a way to boost revenue for the Crown?
What do you think? Should speeding motorists receive speeding fines or demerit points?
-
37.2% The sting of a fine (Money talks!)
-
62.8% The threat of demerit points (Nobody wants to lose their license!)
