Learn A Craft
Hello all,
Tamatea Women's Institute is inviting ladies to come along on a Monday afternoon once a month starting on 19 February 2018 to learn a craft. So if you have been wanting to learn to knit, crochet etc then this is the place to do it. There will also be a special item being made each time and in February it is a small material Xmas tree.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
