I was recommended to use this for my neck problems as they’re supposed to be beneficial to stretch out my neck after having whiplash, I’ve tried twice and just cannot do it no matter how much it helps.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
