4+ Bedroom Home Urgently required

Hi Neighbours
My son & his family urgently require a 4 or more bedroom home to rent. Landlord has put their home of 6 years on the market with departure date early July.
Would ideally prefer Greenmeadows, Taradale area as the children go to Greenmeadows Primary, Intermediate & High School.
My son has been with his current employer for just over 17yrs and Mum is a full time Mother.
Children are all respectful little adults with lovely friends.
Written reference available plus guarantee from myself of rent payment and care of property. If you can help please ring or text Sandy
