Hi, Has anyone in the Tom Parker Avenue/Morse Street area possibly found or know of a cat or know of a Tracey in Tom Parker Avenue who has reported to SPCA, a pure black cat with yellow eyes under her house. Unfortunately SPCA did not get her correct or full number.
