A second option for flood-affected Napier residents is Black Bridge Transfer Station, between Clive and Haumoana, which is less than 3km further to drive than driving to Redclyffe

Tabatha, who is 7, went missing from the front of the Ace Second Hand Shop on Munro St in Napier when he visited the shop about 11am last Thursday.
