to me

Hello my name is Olivia, I teach Chair Yoga in Napier 3 times a week. Chair yoga is designed for seniors but is open to anyone. I am now going to run these classes online through Zoom. If you have never been to one of my classes you are welcome to join me. Do not worry if you have not used Zoom before, it is very simple. You click on the class link below and follow the instructions to download zoom. It is free. If you have any problems feel free to call me before or after the class. If you miss a class you can always try the next class. We are all going through a learning curve with this new technology, it is new to me too 😉

Setting up a zoom account only takes a minute. You can do it just before class or in advance.

Click on the class you wish to join before the class starts

Saturday 11 am (This is a 45 minute class)

us04web.zoom.us...

Tuesday 11 am (This is a 1 hour class)

zoom.us...

Thursday 9.15 am (This is a 1 hour class)

If you ever need a code to enter the class it is the 9 digits at the end of the link.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problems. I will not be able to help you during the class but I can help before and after or at any other time.

These classes are all FREE however some of you kindly asked to pay a koha (donation) so I have provided my bank details

Poll: As a customer, what do you think about automation?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.

Automation (or the “unpaid shift”) is often described as efficient ... but it tends to benefit employers more than consumers.

We want to know: What do you think about automation?
Are you for, or against?

Would it be possible for people / or admin to remove posts? as some stay there for weeks, and nborly becomes rather static and boring!
