Ideal if you've got family visiting and not enough room, or know someone who needs a cheap holiday in the Bay! Dates are 5 - 19 January. Fully furnished (queen bed) and use of pool. Linen and towels can be provided if needed. The studio is to the rear of a family house, so quiet, respectful and friendly non-smokers only. The rate is: $275 single or $295 couple per week. Minimum stay 2 weeks, self catering. 1 week's bond and references required. If you want to know more please message me, thanks!

but they are walking out the door with the hot weather and with people wanting extra refrigeration for visitors etc. I buy and sell good used kitchen and laundry appliances including washing machines but they turn over quickly.
Most of my appliances come with a six months warranty and generally we deliver free.
We are seldom grumpy (life's too short for that) and we try to constantly provide genuinely warm service.
