Phuntsok Choeling Buddhist Centre in 10 Herschell Street(opposite Library) offers Midday Meditation sits every Wednesday from 12:15 till app 12:50. These are open to anyone who wants to relax and ground themselves away from business in the atmosphere of our beautiful meditation room!
