Knitting slippers for Gabrielle cyclone children
There has been a request for children's knitted slippers asap. Please think about donating wool and/or knitting some. You only need to know the basic garter stitch. There will be patterns available at the Little Bookshop, Latham Street, Napier for pick up and wool drop off as well as outside 2A Breakwater Road, Ahuriri opposite the port. Thank you. Incinerator

Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
