I'm looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, clean & tidy flatmate (male or female) who is friendly & outgoing, sociable, respectful & honest to rent a large unfurnished room with a large built-in wardrobe available now for the right person. Very sunny house in a great safe hill top location with excellent friendly neighbours. Lots of indoor & outdoor entertaining areas with lush gardens, TV, DVD, MUSIC, ART with storage and both on and off-street parking. Smoking outside ok. Room rate includes a gardener that looks after the gardens as there is so many of them. No couples or pets. $225.00 per week FULLY INCLUSIVE of bills.
