I'm On supported living due to health issues for the rest of my life so have guaranteed income Needing to move as my rent is too high for living on my own. (Can't live with others due to PTSD) Can afford to pay up to $450 a week.
Prefer a place that allows dogs or at least won't mind when my support person that has a support dog to be able to come visit and stay sometimes when needed ( during hospital stays, after surgeries and hospital treatments).
I used to be a commercial cleaner and lawn mower so my home and yard is always well maintained and my support person is a commercial lawn mower. Handyman and cleaner so even when I'm having treatment.

Will need to be able to give 4 weeks notice
Have an excellent reference from the current landlady available

Landlord needs to be a WINZ supplier as they have agreed to help with my bond
