Retail is a dynamic industry where anything can happen and it does.

The NZ Certificate in Retail L2 (Customer Service and Sales Support) will see you learning a whole bunch of practical skills including cash handling, how to create attention-grabbing displays, and effective customer service.

Become a retail superstar. This programme is offered full time over 15 weeks in our Hastings Learning Centre and part- time or industry based over the year. But hurry, limited places available.
