Alister from South Dunedin

Hey Lovely Neighbours,

Sharing some good vibes ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ•บas we know lock-down ๐Ÿ” has been challenging for many. Have you ever heard of the "21 Days of Gratitude" challenge? This really works to improve your sense of well being. We decided to try it out - every day for 2๏ธโƒฃ1๏ธโƒฃ days think of at least 3 things you are grateful for. Every day โ˜€๐Ÿ“†. Once you start โ–ถ
you realise how much there IS to be grateful for ๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿคธโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ€. We'd love โค to hear from you what your results/discoveries/aha moments were - how it changed your life or more importantly how you are feeling after. Keep doing it ? YES YES YES we will โœŒ๐Ÿ‘. Thank you ๐Ÿ™.

Poll: Should we ditch daylight saving? ๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

First introduced in New Zealand in 1927 with the passing of the Summer Time Act, it's what we know as 'Daylight Saving' and this year it ends on the first Sunday in April.

While we do get to sleep in this time around, some people would like to scrap the clock tinkering for good.

And why? Some evidence suggests the time changes are bad for our health as they mess with sleep patterns leading to short-term fatigue and affecting mood. Meanwhile the hour change is frustrating for farmers and a nightmare for getting the littlies to sleep. But what's your take?
